The PMAC was a full house with 8,151 in attendance for the LSU Men’s basketball team (7-3) 80 to 58 win against non-conference Sam Houston St. (6-6).

In the first half, the LSU Men’s Basketball team led with 36 points in the paint and 16 of off Sam Houston’s turnovers.

The Tigers led the way in steals in both the first and second half and scored four points on fast break opportunities.

The highlight for the Tigers came from off-the-bench ;30 points came in the first half and 23 in the second.

The largest lead of the night for the Tigers came in the second half with LSU leading by 30 with seven minutes left in the game.

Throughout the game the lead changed four times and tied none.
