This sweet treat was an exclusivity in large cities like New York and Los Angeles. But Baton Rouge is it's newest home.
Rolled ice cream is a trendy and delicious new dessert concept in which toppings and cream are assembled and frozen together. Freezing Cow, Baton Rouge's own rolled ice cream location, is already making strides.
"Customers can expect to wait 25 to 30 minutes," said owner Li Ming Zhang.
However, the wait is worth it. Customers continue to come back for more.
The process is unique, and Baton Rouge residents are eating it up.
