LSU coach Ed Orgeron announced junior defensive tackle Breiden Fehoko is out for the season.
Been a blessing to be out there with my brothers for the time being. Thank you Dr. Ahmad & his staff for a successful operation. God is good. Already feeling strong! As always thank y’all for the prayers ! #ForeverLSU pic.twitter.com/jqXjaKCEpB

Fehoko injured his bicep during LSU's 36-16 win against Georgia on Oct. 13, according to Brody Miller of Nola.com. Fehoko missed the following game against Mississippi State after starting the first seven games of the season, and then started against Alabama.
Fehoko tweeted soon after Orgeron's news conference that he had surgery on his injured bicep Monday morning.
In his first season with the Tigers after transferring from Texas Tech, Fehoko ended the season with 16 tackles, 3 tackles for a loss, and 1.5 sacks.
Junior nose tackle Ed Alexander has started in Fehoko's place since the injury.
Junior nose tackle Ed Alexander struggled with his weight and injuries for most of his time at LSU.
